Together Gaming hits the Maltese Big Board!

Together Gaming Solutions plc is the first company from the online gaming industry to list its bonds on the Malta Stock Exchange.

The inauguration ceremony was held at the Exchange premises on Tuesday 3 September 2019. Malta Stock Exchange Chief Officer Simon Zammit said that the Exchange has been servicing the gaming industry for a number of years through its dematerialisation and Depository services but this was the first time that the Exchange's trading venue is being used. He welcomed this development and augured that more such companies will be admitted to listing and trading in the future. Company founder Erik Skarp mentioned how grateful Together Gaming Solutions was to Malta as a whole for its business friendly attitude. He also expressed his thanks to all those who helped make the bond issue a success, particularly Calamatta Cuschieri, sponsor, manager and registrar, Ganado Advocates legal Counsel, and the MSE management and staff who worked on the issue.
